Date & Jaggery Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 date
  • 2-3 mango cubes
  • 1 tsp jaggery
  • 1/2 cup milk

Steps

  • Blend everything in a mixer and pour into a glass. If you like a thicker consistency freeze sliced banana and mango cubes beforehand.
  • Sprinkle some jaggery on top before serving.
