Fish tacos

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • Hot sauce to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Fish

  • 1 Tilapia fillet
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • Salt pepper to taste
  • Oregano/Italian seasoning to taste

Toppings

  • 1-2 lettuce leaf
  • 2-3 sweet peppers
  • 1 small onions
  • 1 avocados
  • lime juice
  • coriander

Fish tacos

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F
  • Mix cumin powder, salt, pepper, oregano in a small bowl and apply the mixture over the fish fillet
  • Lightly grease a baking pan and bake the fish in it for 30 min
  • Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and keep it aside.
  • Prepare the toppings. You can cut them as you like. Here onions and lettuce are sliced and others diced.
  • Assemble the tortilla by placing a few pieces of the fish on the tortilla. Add some toppings and drizzle with the sauce and lime juice.
