Fish tacos
Ingredients
Sauce
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- Hot sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Fish
- 1 Tilapia fillet
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- Salt pepper to taste
- Oregano/Italian seasoning to taste
Toppings
- 1-2 lettuce leaf
- 2-3 sweet peppers
- 1 small onions
- 1 avocados
- lime juice
- coriander
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 F
- Mix cumin powder, salt, pepper, oregano in a small bowl and apply the mixture over the fish fillet
- Lightly grease a baking pan and bake the fish in it for 30 min
- Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and keep it aside.
- Prepare the toppings. You can cut them as you like. Here onions and lettuce are sliced and others diced.
- Assemble the tortilla by placing a few pieces of the fish on the tortilla. Add some toppings and drizzle with the sauce and lime juice.
