Peel and thinly slice a Kohlrabi like matchsticks. It makes it taste better as the spices have more area to cover.
In a bowl thouroughly mix the cut Kohlrabi with chili oil, coriander and salt so that you don't have lumps of chilli flakes.
If you don't have chili oil, you can heat 1 tsp of mutard oil in a pan and mix chili flakes according to you liking. This helps bring out the flavor in the chilies.
Mix the above mixture with puffed rice before serving. It is best served fresh while the puffed rice is still crispy.
