Pineapple chapala

Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz grenadine
- 1 half slice pipeapple (optional)
Steps
- Combine all ingredients except the pineapple slice (for garnish) in a cocktail shaker with few ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a glass of your choice filled with ice cubes.
- Sear the pineapple slice on a hot pan for few seconds each side and garnish the drink.
