Ingredients

• 2 oz tequila
• 1/2 oz triple sec
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz lime juice

• 1 half slice pipeapple (optional)

Steps

• Combine all ingredients except the pineapple slice (for garnish) in a cocktail shaker with few ice cubes and shake well.
• Strain the mixture into a glass of your choice filled with ice cubes.
• Sear the pineapple slice on a hot pan for few seconds each side and garnish the drink.
