Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped ham
- 2 tspn chopped spring onion
- 1/8 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1/8 cup heavy cream
- 2 tspn furikake seasoning
- pinch of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 F
- Lightly grease the muffin tray and add chopped tomato, spring onion, ham in equal proportions.
- In a mixing bowl, lightly beat six eggs. Then add the heavy cream and mix it in.
- Then add all the seasonings: salt, pepper, paprika and furikake and mix it well.
- Pour the egg mixture in the muffin tray and bake for 20-22 minutes at 350F.
