Quick egg muffins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped ham
  • 2 tspn chopped spring onion
  • 1/8 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/8 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tspn furikake seasoning
  • pinch of smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F
  • Lightly grease the muffin tray and add chopped tomato, spring onion, ham in equal proportions.
  • In a mixing bowl, lightly beat six eggs. Then add the heavy cream and mix it in.
  • Then add all the seasonings: salt, pepper, paprika and furikake and mix it well.
  • Pour the egg mixture in the muffin tray and bake for 20-22 minutes at 350F.
